Description

FINES ARE NOT FINE.

Tiny coffee particles called microfines can clog and muddy your extraction. With a few flicks of the wrist, Shimmy separates the good grinds from the fines so you can brew better tasting coffee

ERGONOMIC SHAPE Shimmy is styled after a cocktail shaker for a fast and effortless coffee sieve. Shake like someone who introduces themselves as last name, first name, last name is sitting across the bar in a tuxedo jacket waiting for a drink.
200 MICRON FILTER A fine etched metal filter sifts out all coffee grind sizes under 200 microns—the particles that affect extraction the most during manual brewing methods.
BETTER TASTING COFFEE From French press to pour-over, Shimmy is an uncomplicated addition to your coffee routine to heighten clarity and highlight nuanced flavour notes.
